Send emails
After the PDF is created, emails can be sent to particular recipients with/without the PDF or other files attached. You can enable this feature by ticking Send emails box and then other options that need to be configured become active.

This section enables you to set how many emails to sent and what default preset to use. If you click the "+" icon, a new set of email section will be added at the bottom, allowing you to set a second email and you can add multiple emails this way.

For the email to be sent you can add recipients (with cc/bcc optional) and define different FROM addresses. This section enables you to select a default preset for email recipients and add multiple recipients by clicking on the "+" icon.

To set the subject/body of the email to be sent out, you can select a predefined default preset or add your own details for the current one.

  • Open default email client: an email dialog will be opened in the default email application (like Outlook Express) with details auto filled in. You can change the email, which will be sent only if you press Send button.
  • Send with default email client: auto send email using your default email application (like Outlook Express). You can't change the email and copy of your email will be saved in the Sent emails folder.
  • Send with SMTP: send email using a SMTP server, but you need to set your SMTP server to make it work.

SMTP Server
You can use one of the default predefined SMTP presets or configure your own custom server.
